Appointment Cancellation Policy

To help maintain an efficient schedule and continue providing timely service to all customers, we ask that any appointment cancellation be made with as much notice as possible.A minimum of two hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment without penalty.Cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $20 cancellation fee.This policy helps us manage last-minute openings, reduce scheduling disruptions, and offer available time slots to other clients who may be waiting for service.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to serve everyone fairly and efficiently.
