CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of two hours' notice for any appointment cancellations to ensure the best service for our customers. Cancellations made with less than two hours' notice will incur a fee of $20. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you for your continued support.

REFUNDS

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional workmanship. Although refunds are not available for completed services, your satisfaction remains our priority. Any claims regarding damages attributed to our team must be submitted within 24 hours of service. We do not assume responsibility for issues stemming from pre-existing wear, tear, or prior improper repairs (such as loose trim or deteriorating clear coat). In the event of a concern, we will re-clean or provide touch-up service at no additional cost. To assess the issue, we may request photographs or conduct an in-person evaluation. After your inspection, the service is considered final.
