refund and Claims Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality service and professional workmanship. While refunds are not offered for completed services, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will make reasonable efforts to address service-related concerns.

If you believe damage occurred as a direct result of our service, you must report the issue within 24 hours of the appointment. Claims submitted after that time may not be eligible for review.

We are not responsible for problems caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or previous damage or repairs. This includes, but is not limited to, loose trim, weakened surfaces, chipped paint, or deteriorating clear coat.

If a concern is determined to be related to our service, we may, at our discretion, provide a re-cleaning or touch-up service at no additional charge. To evaluate the issue, we may request photographs and/or arrange an in-person inspection.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the completed work promptly. Once the service has been reviewed and accepted, it will be considered final.
